cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 3 days before the challenge is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

If weather creates a safety concern, either before or during the challenge, the host may cancel the challenge. If this happens, you will be fully refunded or postponed in a different time/date.

If you need to cancel due to an emergency. We may ask you to provide documentation for refund.

If the booking is made from Airbnb Experience, then you need to follow Airbnb Policies. These policies here are only intended for those who booked through other platform.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule the date or time of your challenge (or add or remove guests) within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before the challenge is scheduled to start. 

If you reschedule a challenge, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the challenge.

Privacy policy

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") Data gathering is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We will not sell, give the license of these materials without your permission. You are permitting us to use these materials for marketing, promotion, and operational purposes. You have the right to withdraw any materials that you provided, make sure to contact or email us stating your request and we will not hesitate in lieu that you are the owner of the materials and concerned assets.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from access by you and Broken Perception may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality of such information.
